This is a free call. So if you cannot attend the call or need to reschedule last minute, then please rescheudle through the Calednly App.
Individual and Block Sessions Refund Policy:
Full refund available within 14 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been booked or used. After first session has been completed, no refunds will be applicable on the remaining package balance.
Rescheduling:
Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Less than 24 hours notice and last minute cancellations may result in the session being completely forfeited.
No Shows:
Failure to attend without notice results in the session being forfeited.
No refund or replacement session.
Package Expiry:
Block of 2 calls package must be used within 60 days.
Block of 4 calls package must be used within 120 days.
